There is a great demand for well-trained personal trainers. Nowadays everyone wants to live a fit and healthy life, but not everyone wants to go to the trouble of figuring out how to do that. They then call on a personal trainer who explains everything in detail and guides them. - employerSpeaks

In recent years, CrossFit has had a huge impact on the fitness industry. It rose in popularity because it is a fast and efficient way to get stronger and burn calories. In 2020, however, there will be a shift in focus. Rather than how much weight, or how many reps we can complete, the importance will be in the way we perform all movements and learn proper technique through Functional Training. Functional Training focuses on movements that train the muscles we use most for daily tasks. This form of training enables our body to function optimally for as long as possible. Functional Training focuses on fine-tuning balance and coordination and building strength the right way. This trend is a particularly important form of training for older adults and will provide a more long-lasting and injury-free health and fitness plan.

As in every aspect of life, technology has an important place in the sports world today. There are numerous apps that keep track of your sports performance or that you can use to set up exercise schedules. It is certainly worthwhile to delve into the apps and test which ones work well for you.

I took this course because I wanted to learn how to exercise efficiently and discover new methods. It was so exciting and interesting that I started considering a career as a personal trainer. That is why I followed the Personal Trainer Expert course, which I completed a year ago. Now I work independently as a personal trainer. In the beginning it took some searching for customers, but now my schedule is quite full. - exStudentSpeaking

  • 25% of your bones are in your feet. Each foot contains 26 bones, 33 joints and more than 100 muscles, ligaments and tendons.
  • Exercise also strengthens your brain. Physical movement spurs the production of new neurons in the brain. Especially as we get older, regular exercise is important to keep the brain fresh.
