You can get started right after your registration! The digital course is immediately on your profile page. The paper version will be posted immediately and you will receive it quickly at home. Thanks to the flexibility of a home study you study where and when you want. You receive guidance from a passionate top teacher through an online platform for a year, so you are not alone!
Do you want to put your knowledge from the Roofer course into practice? Then follow an internship. You gain concrete work experience, really use the subject matter in practice, and further develop your network. Handy for later, because an internship is an optimal step towards a great career as Roofer. Of course you are not obliged to do an internship.
You can choose the period, place and duration of the internship yourself. Have you found an educational internship? Then request an internship agreement from your training consultant. You complete this agreement together with your internship provider and return it to us. You can then start immediately, with a maximum of 300 internship hours. Make sure that you have completed everything before obtaining your diploma.
After completing the course, you take a theoretical exam at one of our exam locations. You choose your own exam time. Do you score at least 60%? Bravo, you passed! You will receive the diploma Roofer by post. This will immediately get you started in Flanders as an employee or self-employed person, although it is useful to first do the home study Start you own business . That course will prepare you perfectly for your new adventure.
From January 2019, you no longer have to take an exam at the Central Examination Board. This is because Roofer is no longer a protected profession in Flanders. Would you like to work as an independent Roofer in Brussels or Wallonia? Then contact the business counter for more information about the specific conditions in your region.
