Thanks to the flexibility of a home study you study where and when you want. You receive guidance from an outplacement coach who gives you practical exercises, tailor-made feedback and tips from the professional field via our online learning platform. So you are not alone! If you are ready, take your exam at one of our exam locations and if you pass, you will receive the diploma!
You receive specially developed, loose-leaf teaching material in a handy storage folder. You have everything you need to make your home study a success. Your textbook contains practical questions at the end of each chapter, comparable to the exam questions. This way, you are prepared when the time to obtain your diploma comes!
Put your knowledge from the Outplacement Coach program into practice during your studies! An internship is perfect for that. Work as an intern in a company or organization where outplacement coaching is needed. During an internship you use your new skills and knowledge in an active and professional manner. You also immediately expand your professional network network. Contact your network after your internship to quickly find a new job.
Determine the place, period and duration of your internship yourself. Have you found an educational internship? Then request an internship contract from your training consultant. Together with your internship provider you set out some practical agreements in this contract. Be sure to send us the completed document. After that you will work as a trainee for up to 300 hours. You complete the internship before taking the exam. You are of course not required to do an internship.
After completing the course, you take a theoretical and practical exam at one of our exam locations. You choose your own exam time. Do you score at least 60% on both exams? Bravo, you passed! You will receive the diploma Outplacement Coach by post. With this diploma you are immediately employable on the labor market as Outplacement Coach. If you want to start as a self-employed person in primary or secondary occupation, it is also useful to also do the home study Start your own business to follow. That course will prepare you perfectly for your new adventure.
